Key Duties:• Overseeing the formulation of Shutdown Permit to Work, LOLER lift plans and isolation scopes, reviewing of Shutdown construction workpacks in preparation for onshore Shutdown campaign, planning, coordinating, and executing facility shutdowns for routine, non routine (high risk), emergency maintenance work, and renovation projects to ensure facilities remain safe and functional for end-users.• Ensuring shutdowns are completed according to schedule, budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and procedures, acting as the authorised single point of contact during shutdowns, providing decision making for all work activities and leading investigations of worksite incidents, developing detailed technical, operational, safety, and environmental plans for each shutdown to ensure a high degree of preparedness.• Establishing and maintaining communication processes with all key stakeholders for timely completion of projects, and to ensure awareness of potential worksite hazards, developing processes, methodologies, and tools which maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of facility shutdowns.

Minimising downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets, preparing process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolation's/venting etc, identifying variations in production plant performance and effectively addressing each situation, documenting and accurately reporting on all operational readings, adjustments, and inspections, also controlling and operating HPU Marine Bunkering & Chemical Injection.Participating in thorough ‘Pre-Job Risk Assessments’ for all non-routine activities, and confirming that they are accurately reflected in the resultant ‘Permit to Work’, as well as toolbox talks for all medium to high risk activities, ensuring all required ‘Personal Protection Equipment’ is appropriately used, and all work party members fully understand the purpose of, and can use, required ‘Emergency Response Equipment’.Performing all safety checks and process isolation's, as well as drain, purge as required, monitoring safety in all plant areas, also ensuring that all incidents and accidents, near misses and non-conformance's are fully reported, and supporting any resultant corrective actions as required.Ensuring all works are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance and accordance with Health and Safety Procedures, Maintenance Manuals, Specific Working Instructions, Safe Systems of Work, and Safe Working Practices, supporting activities for Sub Sea Control Lines, as well as for maintenance and modification works, also isolating and flushing, purging plant equipment for maintenance.Preparing comprehensive ‘Shift Handover Logs’ of all relevant activities, events, issues and incomplete works, carrying out process system sampling, isolating, securing and operating plant systems during emergencies, preparing all permits for designated areas of responsibility, overseeing pigging operations, carrying out Nitrogen Leak and Pressure Testing, Well Testing, as well as Annulus Monitoring and Adjustment.

Decommissioning team charged with delivering a safe fully decommissioned plant within a short time scale, ensuring that all individual systems on site are clearly identified and all decommissioning works are carried out with high levels of safety.

The operation of process equipment in accordance with operating procedures to maximise production.Ensure safe plant start-up and shut down, maintaining a high level of safety at all times.Implementation of plant preparation for maintenance including Safe Isolation and removal of hydrocarbons by means of flushing and purging. Coordinate the de isolation, leak testing and returning the service safely back to plant operations.Analysis and diagnosis of process faults and identifying solutions. Raise SAP notifications and sign off work orders on completion of works.Authorised Gas tester and Mechanical Isolating authority.Actively participate in constituency safety meetings, group meetings, risk assessments and tool box talks.Fully Compliant with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. Participate in all safety systems, carrying out site safety visits, site checks, audits, safety observations and an active emergency fire response team member.
