We spend time in our schools to get to know them and our judgement isn’t clouded by an unrelenting drive for profit. We support schools through legislation change (AWR seminars, Careers Forums, Pupil Premium) and we look after the students of the schools through extensive safeguarding, continuity of teachers through loyalty schemes and candidate buy-in, and provide sponsorship for equipment to directly benefit the students. Regarding teachers, we don’t just ‘register’ teachers, we pre-vet, interview and coach our teachers. Only those matching our strong criteria are selected to represent us. Once on our books, we do everything to ensure our staff continue to represent us in the way we value. Through an extensive variety of CPD we ensure our teachers learning and understanding of school issues are ‘current’. We also secure buy in from our teachers through regular social events and an unparalleled level of loyalty schemes. We further encourage this buy-in by paying the best rates in the industry without passing the cost onto the school. We are proud, ethical, education people.
