As one of the five umpire captains at North Toronto Baseball, I play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, developing first year umpiring skills, & maintaining a high quality of game play. My tasks in this position involve game scheduling and assigning, rule clinic coordination, mentorship and training, performance monitoring, actively umpiring, & conflict resolution (e.x. managing & resolving league complaints, & issues professionally)
