Production stakeholder management of 600+ content provider publishing partners.Local and international supplier management for the creation of metadata and associated full text and media digital asset based products. Recent projects included the analysis and redesigned of workflow schema in collaboration with an external media partner. In previous projects I have had business analyst and Project management roles (utilising both Agile and Prince2 methodology) for the build and deployment of the Informit Delivery Box. The Delivery box was designed in collaboration with the internal RMIT Training IT team using a technology stack that included .NET and HTML5 to automate key production workflow steps (content receipt, indexing management, quality assurance, publication) to ensure capacity for throughput growth.
