As part of the Internal Audit, Risk and Control Services Function (IARCS) in Sydney, I have extensive experience in the Financial Services sector, providing an outsourced Internal Audit Function for various Superannuation Funds in Australia, such as First State Super and NGS Super. I have also provided and managed the APRA Compliance reviews for Perpetual's SMSF and SAF schemes, as well as a Compliance Audit for their Private Foundation Fund.

Coming on as Bar Manager to help improve standards and service, I was able to streamline operations, resulting in reduced wastage and stock loss by 30%, as well as improving service standards, even supplying an entry which resulted in "Runner-Up" in the Calgary Cocktail Challenge in 2010.As Ric's is a chain of over 20 restaurants in Western Canada, working with other Bar Managers, I also helped create a chain wide inventory and ordering system.

On a break from the real world, I spent a season in Lake Louise, Canada skiing. As a bartender on the ski hill, I assisted in creation of new staff bar for over 400 resort staff, as well as created and managed regular events and staff parties throughout the season.
