Write, review and update work procedures, inspection sheets and quality assurance documents Fault finding, maintenance and repairs to Crushers, Conveyors, Vibrating Screens, Cyclones, Compressors, Slurry Pumps, Pipe works, Hydraulic systems etc. Acting shift supervisor on numerous occasions Supervision of contractors, fitters, electricians and trades assistants Planned shutdowns and breakdown repairs on fixed plant equipment Welding, alignment, tensioning and torqueing of mechanical and rotating equipment Conduct routine equipment inspections Raise notifications and work orders through 1SAP Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Order parts and organise labour and resources for work Coordinate and distribute work packs Ensure planned and breakdown work management activities are completed Attend scheduling meetings to review and plan weekly work and shutdown schedules Create work instructions and task lists for work procedures across plant Pre-starts, JHA’s, shift handover, toolbox and safety meetings Follow OH&S policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Process Technician
