Prepping job, mixing render, taping, setting up scaffolds, troweling, cleaning and assisting Renderer's where needed and maintain a quality finish on the project.

Reports to Music Director and the CEO.Duties include but not limited to;> Set up, operate and closing of News Simulcast > Train, monitor and develop News Simulcast Panel Operators>Liase with Sales Managers to schedule stations sponsors time slots>Liase with local news station (Channel 9 Gold Coast News) record and edit audio of the news highlights daily and implement into the schedule> Assists in “traffic” scheduling> Curating and maintaining the stations library of music> Choosing songs to play based on our station’s format, the interests and taste of our listeners and my own and Music Director’s good taste.> Research and implement new songs to the station> Ensures logged commercials, promotions and any other programming essential to the stations operation are aired> Adequately prepares for an air shift with use of creativity, imagination and exercise of independent professional judgment in writing, producing, interviewing, taping or broadcasting of on-air material.> Direct and monitor station programming and activities in conformance with Codes of Practice and Community guidelines

Provides assistance to and under the guidance of the Music DirectorPrepare 'Spot Breaks' in the daily log on air programAllocate songs/promotions to fill in Channel 9 News commercial breaks which comply with the stations codes and practicesOperate and control all aspects of the panel and be able to problem solve in the unlikely chance of technical difficulties

Running an attraction including opening, operating, closing and evacuation procedures.Managing team member placement and break schedules, providing professional leadership, coaching and supervision of staff and ensuring operating the attractions at a high level of efficiency, safety and accuracy.
