My promotion to Regional Lead for the London and South-East region has consisted of being responsible for delivering the regional business plan and managing the London team people, projects and performance.In addition to my role as Regional Lead, my day to day project roles have been at Project/Programme Director level to oversee healthcare projects within the London and South-East region across primary, community and acute care. This has involved working with both our internal and external teams to ensure that projects are delivered to time, scope and budget on behalf of our NHS and Local Government clients.My role on these healthcare-led projects have provided project management, business case authoring (SOC, OBC & FBC), stakeholder engagement and workshops, healthcare planning and service model planning support to enable ‘case for changes’ to be delivered. I have achieved Better Business Case Practitioner qualification leading NHSE capital and revenue healthcare business cases up to £750m in value.

My role since joining Archus has been to project manage a number of live primary and community healthcare schemes across London and South-East England. These have predominately been new-build GP and Community Healthcare Hubs and we were appointed to produce Outline Business Cases and Full Business Cases for the schemes which were compliant with NHS and HM Treasury Greenbook standards.In addition to the business case writing, a number of the schemes I have been involved in required Project Management of the pre-construction (RIBA 1-4) development works including the healthcare planning, managing the design process to comply with NHS standards and wider stakeholder engagement to ensure the new healthcare facility would enable a collaborative approach among community health and social care providers.I’ve managed multidisciplinary teams across primary, community and acute care schemes to identify opportunities for service quality improvement and transformation, enhanced partnerships amongst service providers and enabling increased qualitative and quantitative efficiency savings, both service and estate.Additionally, I’ve also led strategy developments for Local Authorities working with a multiple public sector providers i.e. Blue Light, Local & Central Government & 3rd Sector

Archus is an advisory, investment and development partner (supported by a dedicated technical resource) with a focus on health and social infrastructure clients.My role since joining Archus has been to project manage a number of live primary and community healthcare schemes across London and South-East England. My role was to create opportunities and solutions in realising cost-saving initiatives for the wider public sector and securing jobs, investment and enabling regeneration projects for local government. Methods Professional Services focus on providing interim and permanent staffing across a range of Government and Public Sector organisations. My role as a Business Relationship & Development Consultant was focused purely on working with the National Health Service (NHS) for a number of key Trusts, CCG's etc across the UK. I joined a brand new team at Methods and my focus was on developing new client relationships from the beginning through initial phone calls and then continual contact through phone calls & face-to-face meetings.I concentrated on creating, developing and maintaining good client relationships on a day-to-day basis. For any urgent interim staffing requirements which my clients would have, I would liaise with our resourcing team and would assist a number of NHS organisations on a variety of projects including IM&T, Transformation & Project Management interim positions. I would also be involved on writing reports on a weekly and monthly basis and was responsible for my own desk.

Darwin Recruitment is a market leading international IT & Telecoms recruitment business, providing contract and permanent specialists to a wide range of sectors across a number of countries in Europe.My role was a recruitment consultant for permanent IT jobs in Switzerland with specialist focus on Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse job opportunities within the Banking and Financial sector. My role on a day-to-day basis at Darwin would be on building up my own desk of clients and candidates for the Switzerland IT market from being based within the UK office. I worked on the entire 360 recruitment process in managing candidates and clients through the processI would continually work on creating and maintaining good client relationships on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I would be generally working on my own to create opportunities and be disciplined enough to manage by own time and daily activities. The role would also involve monthly report writing as well.

This was a short term summer contract between my 2nd and 3rd year of University where my focus was on calling through to relevant clients of the company to see if they would first be applicable and then available to come into the site for clinical trials. My day-to-day duties would be focused on customer service and general office administrative tasks.

My time at Aon was for a 3 month summer contract between my 1st and 2nd year of University and my focus here was on the 'New Business' team on attracting new solicitor firms to join Aon Insurance for the upcoming year for their Professional Indemnity Insurance. I would be working in a team of 6 and the main day-to-day duties would be to call through a list of companies to check if they had received documentation from us, to then sell Aon's USP's to them and for them to then send the relevant forms back. Once received, we would then offer them a quotation for the Professional Indemnity Insurance and try to negotiate a deal for them to join Aon for the forthcoming year.

I worked at Countrywide during my gap year before University and worked within the Credit Control department. I was responsible for two portfolio's of tenant's in various properties and to make sure that they were up-to-date and no account was in arrears. I would be in constant communication with the London managers who were the lead names for the properties and be dealing with any disputes or queries the tenant's had in regard to the rental payments. My other tasks would involve day-to-day office administrative tasks with a focus on analytic reporting.
