Project Assistant at Simcoach Games

Working at Simcoach Games has allowed me to develop my skills in the Game Art and Game Development fields. I have worked on creating two game prototypes as the roles of a lead artist and a supporting developer.At Simcoach Games, we believe that learning comes from building and delivering products to the Company, specifically purposeful games that teach behavior and cognitive change through game playing. In this program, apprentices collectively ideated 250 game design concepts and then selected 37 ideas to present to senior leadership and their cohort of apprentices. Apprentices then designed and built 20 game prototypes. Each apprentice was involved in a role or multiple roles within two project teams in the duration of the program to deliver product through the lens of different roles and responsibilities of a project team member. Teams were self-directed in design ideas created and presented, as well as their pursued games built after their presentations.
