• As Shaw’s Head of Quality I lead and manage 7 direct reports who are senior level Quality or Compliance Managers, the Corporate Clinical Lead and the team administrator.• Shaw provide 65 regulated services (Care Homes; Home care; An independent mental health hospital and supportive living) in England, Scotland and Wales.• Improved the company monitoring processes on all services to improve compliance with all three UK regulators and health and local Authority commissioning.• Provide assessment, diagnostics and proactive responses to all significant safeguarding and quality issues. • Produce Group Board monthly reports; and responsive updates to Chair and CEO and execs, including regular media briefing.
