As an Aircraft Engineering student at the University of South Wales, I am passionate about learning the theoretical and practical aspects of maintaining and operating aircraft. I have completed a 1.5-year apprenticeship as a Multi Skilled Engineer at Bromford, where I gained hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as health and safety standards and customer service skills.Customer service has been a core part of my career for over nine years, starting from my first job as a Senior Sales Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where I developed operational, communication, and time management skills. I then moved to LV= as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled complex queries, complaints, and claims with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and solving problems creatively and effectively.
