Solely Responsible for the design, creation and implementation of sports fitness and wellbeing programmes in designated destinations: these include 5* resorts in Greece, Turkey, Dominican Republic and Cyprus. Overlooking day-to-day programme operations in line with the guidelines and brand standards, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the team in order to meet an exceed clients high expectations. Management of an 8 body team of wellbeing, Sports and Adventure Coordinator, Personal Trainers and Receptionists, Assessing staff strengths and weaknesses in order to assign duties effectively. Budget management and maintenance of stock, inventory and equipment including facilities (spas, gyms, fitness suites, archery ranges, tennis courts, football pitches, swimming pools)Administrative roles including staff rotas, appraisals (team and individual), Personal Development Plans, team meetings, filing of incident reports, review and implementation of action plans based on Customer Service Satisfaction (CSQ)

Providing entertainment for adults and children aged 3-12 in the Kids Club, ensuring their safety at all times. This resulted in excellent customer feedback throughout the season.
