As a Customer Support Specialist, I am responsible for providing expert-level customer support and product knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders. I aid frontline customer support teams with case and incident management and act as a direct line for the escalation of high-impact incidents. I liaise directly with various Bet customers via regular service review calls and I am responsible for product-level reporting and business insights across Customer Operations.

Previously, I was responsible for the coordination of document updates concerning the Fast Data product. I support the end-to-end review of Fast Data-related processes within the QMS (Quality Management Systems) department. Furthermore, I was responsible for the administration of QMS Fast Data Power BI tools, along with the duty of reporting the development of trends and KPIs to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.

In my previous role I was responsible for the management of a team of +30 Fast Data Support staff out of our data centre in Leeds. My key responsibilities were to ensure the coverage of Support staff met business needs and KPI’s. Recruit and train Fast Data TV Scouts and Supporters. Stakeholder for Fast Data training documents and responsibility for ensuring the internal training platform ‘The Academy’ is fit for purpose.
