Responsible for the Personal Care business growth and development in Europe for Croda Europe. Commercially leading and driving the sales teams across Europe to meet expected growth targets. Activities included commercial support, direction on pricing, driving activity with customers such as product focus.

Responsible for a major territory in the UK including large and key customers. Had product management responsibilities for several Principals. Also involved in the early stages of development of business outside of the UK in mainland Europe.
