For the past three years, I have been working in Recruitment at Holt Automotive, and I absolutely love the niche sector of Bus and Coach. It wasn’t until I started working in recruitment that I realised how rewarding it could be to find people great jobs. I have the pleasure of working with some brilliant clients, recruiting for a variety of roles such as bus mechanics, bus drivers, and coach builders, to name a few.🚌 The Bus and Coach industry is fast-paced and employees more than 2.5 million people in the UK. The coach and bus industry has surged since 2021, allowing me to help many people find excellent roles and build strong business relationships.🧑‍💼️ Previously, I worked as an Assistant Sales Manager, which helped me discover my passion for helping others, ultimately leading me to join a recruitment company. A big part of my role was to coach others and help realise their potential, something that is very relatable in my current job.🏉 In my out-of-office time, I am a huge sports fan, following Football, Rugby and Golf especially. On the weekends if I am not spending time with my beautiful family, I am usually nursing some sort of injury from playing Rugby for the mighty Wimborne 🤕🖤
