Responsible for processing customer purchases, including POS transactions and customer inquiries and complaints. Maintaining the presentation of the shop and refilling stock as required.

I work as a casual tutor for the university, running spaces for students to learn and practice study content. I teach a range of chemistry subjects and prepare lessons where I focus on explaining more complex content in a simple and easy to understand manner.

I worked closely with team leaders to nurture the development of team members, and hosted weekly meetings for the committee to help shape the direction and work culture. I also worked closely alongside fellow VPs across other departments in ensuring appropriate implementation of HR policy and key performance metrics.
