I have a BSc (Hons) in Sport Massage, Exercise Therapies and Sports Coaching from the University of Derby, where I received the Deans Award for academic excellence. I am currently the Sales Executive for James Cropper Advanced Materials, a leading global manufacturer of wet-laid nonwovens. My core competencies include product knowledge, communication, and customer relationship management (CRM).In my role, I interact with customers to identify new projects and applications for potential growth, using my product knowledge and communication skills to provide solutions for various industries, such as aerospace, defence, composites, and construction. I also work with the help of my team and the technical department to develop and adapt our nonwovens to meet the specific criteria of our customers. I am motivated by the quality and innovation of products, and I share the company's values of customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
