I joined the company as a QC Lab Technician and after a year moved over to the Validation team. I then spent the next ten years covering all areas of validation including CSV, Cleaning, Process and Equipment. The department sat within both QA and Engineering at different times in my career, and so I have a good appreciation for both aspects having worked closely with the quality officers and engineers. I was (and hopefully still am) proficient in all elements of quality management, including risk and change management, root cause investigation writing and working to ALOCA+.In the later stages of my career, I managed projects which included serialisation and method transfer. I was also heavily involved with license applications for various global regulators as well as being part of the steering team for product launch. Show less
