In charge of scaling and navigating the company through the coronavirus pandemic. Increasing revenue 1700% year on year through the pandemic.

Responsible for restaurant operations and finances. Left to escape coronavirus pandemic in March 2020.

Running and managing new pubs/bars with >$5M turnover throughout the UK including launching new venues.

My roles included- Managing and assisting a team of 4 tutors in content and course delivery.- Facilitating student learning through 9 1.5 hour tutorial classes per week- Assisting in lecture delivery through the use of POGIL (Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning)- Building and designing the layout of the course Blackboard site- Assisting students in collaborative and constructive discussion- Delivering lecture/s in the absence of the course lecturer- Discussing and designing the layout of the course study guide, including setting assessment guidelines and weightings.I was the sole facilitator for 47 students over summer semester 2014, taking the students through an entire course in 3 weeks. The course Student evaluation of courses score improved substantially, as did my student evaluation of teaching score.

My role as sessional tutor for ICT108 Business Informatics which is taught through Griffith University via Open Universities Australia includes but is not limited to;- Answering student queries on the course Facebook page- Building and launching the weekly quizzes from a test bank, and dealing with any issues students may have had with the quizzes- Answering student inquiries via email- During the first week, i was tasked with providing the students with an introduction to the course, via "Collaborate" software.- Directing and assisting students in the use of correct referencing including a 1 hour online workshop delivered through Collaborate.

During my time at HLT Personal training i oversaw all aspects of the day to day running of the business including:- Cashflow in and out of the business.- Cold calling to attract new clients.- Running monthly specials and deals to attract new clients.- Health and background screening.- Training clients- Constantly updating knowledge through reading research and applying principles to clients training. - Maintaining and updating client training and diet logs in order to acheive optimum performance.- Writing of nutrition plans and guides for various client goals.
