Owner of my own English wine and cider label. Producing small-batch premium English still and sparkling wines and sparkling cider.

Managing a well-established English vineyard and winery in East Sussex. Involved in every aspect of vine growing and wine production.

Responsible for wine quality through production from grape to bottle.

Assist the winemaking team in running the winery overnight during harvest, with responsibility for grape recieval, crushing and additions as well as fermentation monitoring and wine analysis.

Work hands on during harvest to produce high quality red wines, by performing red fermentation mangement techniques such as pump overs.
