12 month placement working at Universe Group PLC (HTEC)- Spent 12 months working closely in accounts with the Finance Department as a member of the team covering mostly AP- Used the Epicore system to upload and process invoices- Audited the accounts looking for any discrepancies between payments taken and invoices received - processed employees expenses on behalf of the company, making sure they are paid on time every month- processed invoices/payments made using company credit cards through the E10 systems- produced guides detailing processes to follow and instructions on how to complete the tasks that I did on a monthly basis for the next person who takes over the responsibilities that my role entailed.
