In this role I am in charge of all incoming and outgoing documents for over 20 current live jobs as well as 100’s of completed projects. I also distribute internal drawings and memos to insure a smooth and efficient flow of production. I work in collaboration with the engineering dept, estimating dept and production dept. The result of this means I have an indept knowledge of the workings of the whole organisation. Because of my substantial drafting experience I am also called upon from time to time to complete drawing to a deadline
