Responding to IT incidents and service requests across the business via inbound calls, emails and tickets. Working to fix a variety of IT faults spanning networking, EPOS, telephones, printers & more. Triaging and logging out complex tickets to the correct 3rd line IT support teams & 3rd parties in accordance with ITIL processes. Employing the test-driven development approach, I crafted and hosted two full stack projects. Utilizing DOM, HTML, and CSS, along with React for the frontend, and employing Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Express for the backend.
