Founded in June 1988, Red Abbey Motors first began trading in Margaret Street in Cork City.In 1990, Red Abbey Motors re-located to a new premises in Donnybrook, Douglas, Cork, where they remained until 1998, when they moved to a new industrial estate in South Link Park, Frankfield in the city's suburbs'. This marked the beginning of a new and exciting era. As well as continuing to provide a repair service to the main motor dealers in Cork, the company became approved repairers for: Axa, Aviva, Allianz, Chartis, Royal Sun Alliance and Liberty. It was imperative at this point that we expand and it was our determination to provide the best possible repair service in Ireland that drove this desire.
