First and foremost I love to engage with customers and this all starts with that initial face to face meeting. Along the way I discover their expectations, their knowledge of the road ahead and how I can make that road as smooth as possible. Imagine selling your home, finding a new job with the kids staring a new school. Relocating to a different part of the UK, or even further across the world, should be an enjoyable and exciting experience. However, enjoyable experiences are far from the norm when it comes to moving. Luckily I'm obsessed with the meticulous planning and execution of each relocation and I will do anything to enhance the customers experience. I have devoted my whole working life to helping others to relocate their lives and businesses and understand the challenges involved.When I'm not planning a relocation or at the office I tend, or try to, enhance old recipes, watch old re runs of Friends and spend time with my wife at the astro pitch watching Cheltenham Ladies hockey. The most important lesson my parents taught me. Don't be late!
