Self employed Personal Trainer operating mainly at The Park Club in Chatham

Along with the responsibilities of a regular Duty Manager at The Park Club, it is my responsibility to be the "go to" person for staff and members when the Site Manager is away from club. My extra responsibilities also include: Completing staff rotas to a fair and reasonable manner.Completing purchase orders and stock takes .Completing weekly intake banking for the club.Attending regular management meetings outside of the club to share ideas with other branch managers.Keep regular training with software and procedures.Complete staff personal development meetings in which I help them complete weekly and monthly targets as well as getting them to reflect on their recent performances and how we can improve them.Organising events in club including charity events and raising money for the club itself.

During my time as a Duty Manager, my duties included managing other staff members, opening and closing the gym, completing health and safety checks and making sure the club was run to the highest standard

As a membership advisor my role was to give people a tour of the facilities and engaging with them regarding their fitness needs and how the club could facilitate these. Other roles included updating the clubs social media pages and completing outreach such as leaflet drops and attending local events.

Within the finance broker company my role was to manage a small team of salesman, ensuring targets were hit on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I was also responsible for completing admin work for client payouts.
