In this role I am responsible for creating technical drawings from 3D scan data of various structures around the country, for mostly heritage and maintenance records. These are generally floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, internal and external elevations, sectional elevations and topographic surveys. All drawings are completed at a minimum of 1:100 accuracy (although more commonly at 1:50) with a 2mm tolerance requiring a high attention to detail. I am responsible for my own projects involving keeping to deadlines set by the Directors and reporting progress to them on a daily basis. I have to be flexible with my work hours and manage my workload efficiently as different jobs come in with different levels of urgency and with differing quality of raw data to work with. I also liaise with clients over the phone or by e-mail to ascertain any specific criteria they have for jobs regarding final presentation and any other specifics they may require.

I was responsible for all aspects of the webstore including advertising, design and customer service. I managed a small team of customer service agents who also were responsible for data entry onto the webstore. Company began liquidation as on June 2010.
