As Head Coach of the North Wales U14’s, I am responsible for leading regular training sessions and matchdays. My role involves planning and delivering high-quality coaching sessions that meet the individual needs of players, managing team selection, and handling logistics for matchdays. Additionally, I ensure player welfare, work closely with parents, and collaborate with the lead pathway to monitor and track player development.

As part of university coaching placement module, I took the opportunity to be the Assistant Coach for Kingston Heath’s senior squads, I contributed to running training sessions, team selection, and matchdays. I helped develop players' skills, worked on tactics, and ensured readiness for games. I also managed pre-game warm-ups, and organisation on matchday. This international experience has greatly enhanced my coaching skills and understanding of the game and different cultures.

In my role as a Community Coach, I deliver high-quality coaching sessions to a diverse range of participants, including schoolchildren and elderly community groups. My responsibilities include designing tailored, age-appropriate sessions, promoting sportsmanship, and helping people develop fundamental cricketing skills. I also assist with community events, encourage grassroots participation, and support the overall growth of cricket within Worcestershire.

As the Owner and Head Coach of my own cricket coaching business, I manage all aspects of my coaching business, from running sessions to handling operations. I built up the company’s social media presence from scratch, promoted our services, and attracted clients. My responsibilities also include session planning, organising sessions, client management, developing social channels and developing tailored training programs for players of all levels.
