My roles consist of waiter, entourage and host at some of the most premium events in the world, organised by various high end designer brands and individuals in the arts, fashion and culture industry. My objectives are to ensure that guests are provided with a fantastic and unique experience which aligns with the type of event conducted. I at all times, present myself professionally towards the high demographic of audience that SnapShot's clients have in attendance of their events.

At Slingshot Sponsorship we work with some of the worlds most innovative and forward thinking organisations to create sustainable sponsorship platforms to attract brand partnerships. We develop and execute our robust sponsorship strategy with a range of clients across industry sectors including business, sport, entertainment, charities, events, and individual personalities.Global Clients include; Universal Music, The Volvo Ocean Race, Honda Racing, Richard Bransons 'XTC', F1 & many more. My responsibilities consist of, as follows:- Driving New Business; Aligning the assets of our clients (Rights Holders) to meet the corporate ambitions of brands, effectively creating mutually advantageous partnerships through sponsorship for our rights-holder clients.- Research; Identifying the needs of two parties & creating solutions which accumulate benefits for all parties involved.- Prospecting; Locating the correct, responsible individuals for enhancing their organisation through synergy and contacting them with informative propositions for partnership opportunities.- Leadership; Managing the new initiates to the organisation, ensuring they understand how we operate as well as scheduling meetings with relevant senior members of staff with the purpose of developing their knowledge of the industry to provide further benefit to the team.- Event Management; Since embarking with Slingshot I have been tasked with co-organising the ESA, 'European Sponsorship Association' Excellence Awards - a ceremony which showcases the best in-house campaigns in Europe, covering the entire spectrum of the sponsorship disciplines. Renowned as the Oscars of the sponsorship industry, winning an award is thought to be the pinnacle achievement of all sponsorship credibility across the entirety of the UK and Europe.

During my time at Hollister Co. I am expected to promote their products as a brand ambassador, this is an important factor to the company as they do not use any form of external advertising. Working here has created a keen awareness of customer relations and diversity, a key focus of the company. Also this experience has increased my appreciation of the need for any successful company to continually review and adapt to changing market conditions. I am extremely confident at communicating with consumers, providing advice and showcasing the latest trends.Additional roles include:-Representing the brand in the tone of voice that uphold Hollisters USP as a retail experience-Consistently adapting work place visuals for compatibility with seasonal fashion -Sustaining sanitary in the work place etc.-Preparing the store's commodities-Managing the tills
