As the Customer Insight & Member Services Manager at Company Shop Group, I lead a team delivering data-driven insights and analytics informing the acquisition and retention strategy for our members and the business. I use Experian Mosaic consumer profiling to segment and target our customers, analysing the data via SQL and visualising through Power BI. In previous roles I have have designed and implemented PPC, email, and national direct-mail campaigns to increase engagement and retention. I also monitor and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty using the Cemplicity dashboard and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, and present the results and recommendations to senior management.I have 8 years of marketing experience and 4 years of finance experience, complemented by relevant qualifications such as the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing, the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting, and the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications. I have a strong understanding of the marketing mix, central finance function and project management principles, and I apply them to my current and previous roles.
