This includes training and developing managers, supporting employees on a day to day basis, managing complex employee relations cases, contributing to improving HR related processes, recruitment and supporting employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives. My IT manager role consists of assisting employees with IT related issues, installing new equipment and replacing hardware onsite, managing the inventory and purchasing of equipment, relationship management with our IT support third party, monitoring of IT delivery KPIs and leading on projects to improve IT and network infrastructure onsite.

I have worked for 9 months as an event manager for Compass Group's sport and leisure sector leaders Levy Restaurants. Levy Restaurants have the contract at Chelsea football Club. I am based at Stamford Bridge in the Heart of Fulham. As an event manager I am responsible for running day by day conferencing and events ranging from 2 person meetings to dinners for 700. We have at least 6 large restaurants, 50+ small meeting rooms and the great hall available in the West Stand alone. Additionally to this is our match day business during which we serve over 5000 guests in hospitality. I am personally responsible for 4 main lounges which include a 170 seater restaurant, 2 bars and the press room as well as catering for the Chelsea 1st team and the Club manager.

In January 2012 I became the events supervisor workig directly for the sales and events manager. Due to the continuing increase in business the company introduced an events team leader position who would report to the sales and events manager and run the team at an operational level with the supervisor as a deputy.
