Having started my working career at SYSPAL back in July 1995. As a loyal and pro-active employee while working here I have worked my way through the business and always strieved to achieve and progress. After completing a 3 year welding apprenticeship and learning different welding types, I became a team leader in the technik and Hydro area of the business, working on many large projects, running them internally on the factory floor and also externally on site, managing projects, working through the installation of the equipment.This then lead to moving areas in the business and becoming the mechanical handling and conveyor teamleader, again I was hands on welding and assembling all equipment working through project's to build times and also assisting with site work where required.After a 5 year spell in mechanical handing I was head hunted because of my knowledge and understanding of the business and its products and earnt the opportunity to move to the sales office to support with technical advice/breakdowns so I could push sales of spares and service work.This then lead to moving to being the Service Manager for 3years 9month, before stepping back to the technical support role.
