My main responsibility within this role is to provide recruitment services to National clients, growing and expanding current relationships in order to secure more opportunities for our work programme candidates. I work on behalf of some of the UK’s biggest retail brands in order to fill vacancies at various levels. I regularly travel across the country to meet my clients, supervise recruitment sessions, manage performance and ensure client satisfaction. My main goal is to effectively manage the process from start to finish, organising talent sessions and interviews, recruiting the suitable candidates and also overseeing the final stages of the candidates gaining employment whilst also liaising with management figures to keep them abreast of the situation. I have effectively developed my skills of forecasting and reporting in this role, and after recently completing a Prince 2 Practitioner level qualification I have been able to use this to manage the projects I work on in a more efficient manner..

Within this role I was responsible for engaging with the region's organisations to help them up-skill and develop their existing workforce through fully funded, high impact training as part of the SSW contract. Offering a free, impartial and transparent service to help SMEs identify any skills gap in their workforce and provide suggested solutions which helped bridge these gaps therefore directly improving your efficiency.This project was fully funded through the Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme, part of the European Union Social Fund.

Within this position I was responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of ESF Funding contracts through SSU and SSR projects. Along with this I managed quality assurance processes within the company, making sure that all of our services and their connecting policies and paperwork are completed to the highest standard. Liaising with various third parties in order to ensure sufficient training resource was in place and our delivery was not only compliant but also on track to ensure performance and organisation objectives were achieved. I was tasked to solidify relationships and create new ones in order to offer organisations the chance to train their existing employees for free. Along with this, offering fully trained individuals free of charge whilst delivering bespoke training courses for any need.
