I am an experienced Customer Implementation Analyst at a Fintech company focusing on the technical onboarding integration for the customer. I began my career in customer services, where I excelled at delivering great customer experience across the utilities and mobile phone industry. I then progressed into financial services where I learnt about the products and services within an e-money institution, before being promoted to leading the technical experience to get customers live via the API integration. Throughout these roles stakeholder engagement is key and I have great communication with customers and stakeholders at all levels with numerous weekly project update calls. I am very technically minded and enjoy problem solving to get to an answer or solution for a customer. I can use tools such as Metabase, Sumo Logic, and Jira, with some experience in amending simple SQL queries. I have experience in quickly learning new technologies and products and explaining these in suitable format to clients
