Provision of specialist HSE knowledge and support to offshore wind projects and clients. As part of this role I was seconded as Principal Contractor Offshore Health and Safety Manager for RWE’s Sofia Offshore Windfarm for over 12 months. Notably within this role I developed or was a key contributor to:- Principal Contractor Construction Phase Plan- Project "Written Instruction Review Procedure"- Project Emergency Response PlanDuring my tie at SRC I also headed up the "Glasgow Office" with a peak number of 4 direct reports. I was responsible for business development and client interfacing in Scotland as well as with key clients in the offshore wind sector.

Provision of HSE support during warranty repair and upgrade of x108 3.6MW wind turbines at West of Duddons Sands Windfarm. All work carried out by a turnkey contractor on behalf of SGRE. Acting as both Client and Principal Contractor SGRE monitored the safe completion of works.

Lead HSE on WTG package working with a team of two HSE engineers covering all aspects of installation, completion and commissioning. My role was shore based and covered maintaining an effective relationship with the main contractor and managing all day to day aspects of HSE. A team of offshore HSE engineers were coordinated based on identified needs and target areas.
