This included creation of all the documentation and plan for each department within clinical and not clinical departments to be migrated using roaming profiles.This role leaves me in charge of the desktop team when the Desktop Delivery Manager is not around and leaves me in charge of any small projects (departmental moves or changes).Going forwards I will be managing and administrating the sites IT systems used for software/OS deployment as well as AV (currently we use Cylance, KACE & PDQ).
