The birth of this role was to Project lead a Windows 10 migration site wide in which I managed a team of contractors. This included creation of all the documentation and plan for each department within clinical and not clinical departments to be migrated using roaming profiles.This role leaves me in charge of the desktop team when the Desktop Delivery Manager is not around and leaves me in charge of any small projects (departmental moves or changes).Going forwards I will be managing and administrating the sites IT systems used for software/OS deployment as well as AV (currently we use Cylance, KACE & PDQ).

Second level service desk for Royal Devon and Exeter.

Supporting about 2000 devices, between 4 sites. Majority are PC's and printers.Responsible for the images installed on WDS - PC's and Laptops.Basic understanding of network/server - DNS, DHCP, ISE Authentication, Patching, VMWare.

Help with deployment for Dartford & Gravesham to provide services under QMH Hospital in Sidcup. Responsible for installing computers.Later extended for a year for migration for Darent Valley Hospital to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 also helping out occasionally with Desktop Team calls.By the end, I was doing Desktop 9am-4pm / Service Desk 4pm-6pm
