·Lead and organize project teams to drive relevant outcomes and projects. ·Align with IT project manager on system strategy, schedule, scope, and deliverables. ·Provide advice, guidance, training, and coaching to cross-functional teams related to regulatory compliance, quality, and specific to regulatory business system strategies and missions. ·Achieve project objectives through planning and evaluating project activities, and regularly communicate project status and progress to management. ·Prepare and execute action plans to enhance productivity, quality, issue resolution, trend identification, determine system improvements, and implement changes.
