worked as a static engineer at Harvey Nichols in Bristol; contracted by Lorne Stewart to cover all daily needs and requirements with support by Lorne Stewart for Gas, A/C and Electrical works. Also, I was involved in call-out cover for the south, south-west and Midlands. My general duties vary from minor repairs, fabrications and fittings. Minor electrical, AC and plumbing repairs. PPM's for Emergency lighting, water hygiene, extract fans, AHU's, ACU's, circulation pumps, expansion vessels, immersion heaters, pressurisation units etc. I am also expected to prepare Costings, arrange and organise subcontractor work, stock replenishment and preparation, liaise with other departments for inspections by landlords or insurance companies, insuring the building is compliant. Building cost sheets and breakdowns of figures to show trends or patterns for example LED conversions, initial Costs, forecasted savings, energy provider costs and areas of concern etc. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:• Plumbing, Minor Electrical and Minor A/C. • Basic Carpentry, painting and decorating, Fabrications, Fittings, Refurbishments and Repairs.• PPM: Emergency lighting, Legionella prevention/tests, expansion vessels, circulation pumps, immersion heaters, pressurisation units, AHU, ACU, Extract, Fire Alarm tests.• Time Management and prioritising, customer service and communication.

As a Mobile Engineer, planning was crucial, I was given control over my jobs and what order in which they were done based on factors such as; urgency, deadlines and distance. Whilst insuring the planned day was interchangeable to some extent in case of any emergency calls.
