As an avid book lover, I founded Totally Bookish to create a range of unique, handmade book-inspired products, including rebounded books, special edition sprayed edges, bookish tote and jute bags, personalised bookmarks, Kindle stickers, and exclusive Christmas ornaments for the holiday season. I manage all aspects of the shop, from product design and development to customer service and engagement, always focusing on quality, creativity, and my deep passion for books and storytelling. Each product is crafted with love and care.

I provided dedicated support to two partner solicitors, one chartered legal executive, and two paralegals. My role involved managing wills, powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and trusts. My responsibilities include posting on ledgers, distributing funds to beneficiaries, and conducting ID, AML, and bankruptcy checks. Additionally, I handled a high volume of dictations and document filing to maintain organisation. I regularly communicated with clients over the phone and occasionally assisted reception with posts. I utilised the SOS legal system to streamline processes and enhance departmental efficiency.

I provided comprehensive support in matters relating to wills, powers of attorney, probate, and estate administration. My responsibilities included drafting legal documents, managing client correspondence, and assisting with case preparation to ensure efficient legal processes. I utilised the LEAP legal system to streamline case management and maintain accurate client records. Additionally, I played a key role in liaising between clients and solicitors to facilitate smooth case handling and ensure client satisfaction.

I handled front-line client interactions, including managing phone calls, walk-ins, and client enquiries. I processed payments, handled deliveries and post, and maintained office supplies. I also provided administrative support by managing simple dictations from solicitors across all departments to assist legal assistants and ensure smooth office operations.

During the pandemic, I launched a remote sushi delivery business to support my family financially. What started as a local venture quickly gained popularity, becoming a go-to service in our city. The demand grew so rapidly that I expanded the team by hiring family members and relatives to help with operations. The business was featured in a local news article and I was interviewed on a radio show to share our success story. Even after moving to England, I continued managing the business’s financial aspects remotely whilst having an office job. However, as competition increased and with me being away, we decided to close the business. Despite its closure, this experience taught me invaluable skills in entrepreneurship, remote management, and adapting to fast-paced challenges.

I underwent intensive training in singing, rapping, dancing, and songwriting, honing my performance and creative skills. I was part of a girl group where I learned to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team environment. During this time, we helped produce tracks for well-known celebrities and performed as a supporting act for a popular singer in mall shows across the metropolitan. Although plans for our debut were in place, the group disbanded after a year of rigorous preparation. This experience strengthened my abilities in performance, teamwork, and the music production process.
