Servicing, Installing and Decommissioning hardware / electronic equipment for all contracts handled by the Amtek Corporation.

• Client desktop and laptop repairs• Assist with installations of new computers, servers, network devices, software and upgrades• Keep PC images and servers up to date with latest windows patches and software updates• Provide IT support to clients• Complete builds of PC’s• Cleaning PC’s and peripherals• Assembling and testing computer components• Participate in the installation of software• Resolve routine malfunctions where cause and correction are readily identifiable• Participate in the diagnosis and repair of faults ranging from broken hardware components to virus and malware removal• Perform preventative maintenance and repair service on demand to agreed schedule• Review the performance of equipment being serviced• Receiving, dispatching, sorting, checking, packing, documenting and recording of goods and components.• Basic inventory control in the context of production process• Render technical support in conformity with the manufacturer and Rampant’s procedures and specifications• Customer service• Operating systems Windows 2000/XP/Server/Vista, 7, 8, Mac OS• Software: Microsoft Office, Labtech, ScreenConnect
