As a MIS officer, I am responsible for collecting information and analyzing the trend to highlight any abnormality in both retail and corporate banking operation for management needs in timely and accurate manner.As call center ops risk, I am responsible to provide risk overview of the call center operations. I maintained monthly reporting that meets regional team's standards, perform risk assessments as required (e.g: SOP review, process improvement/change) and supported any ad hoc projects as required.In addition to MIS and call center, i also helped Branch Risk team to conduct branch health check. When conducting branch health check, the team collected supporting documents and observe the activities to determine compliance to existing Standard Operating Procedures and areas that needs improvement in that branch.

As an intern in Business Care (institutional banking group call center) unit, I am involved in new unit creation in the Bank. My past responsibilities as follows: set up web-based information portal, creation of test cases for incoming calls, SOP creation, and event preparations.
