Line Cook. Med Grill is a locally owned restaurant that specializes in 4-course meals. Since it is a smaller location, I am responsible for my station which involves prep, stock, cooking, and cleaning. With a constantly changing menu, I am constantly adapting and learning how complete each task efficiently.

I was Burton Robb Contracting's only employee, and we were hired to turn a one story house into a two story house. I helped do a little bit of everything and the project started from the foundation. Some of the many tasks included framing, siding, trim, painting, drywall, appliance installation, installing windows and door, rainscreen, and soffit. Since it was just two of us, we always had endless tasks, and we were required to work with minimal questions and hard work.

Sales forces, Creating quotes, Emails, Shipping and receiving, and answering the phone.

Theater checks, prepare the film to be watched. I also worked concession and box office. I had to deal with customer service, clean all the machines we used and kept track of inventory. I was responsible for handling money on a regular basis, and being responsible of my till.
