Taking on this role greatly developed my skills in teaching and finding suitable ways of communicating ideas to all kinds of learners, improved my confidence and public speaking skills when introducing and explaining new concepts to large groups of students and developed my teamwork and organisational skills when teaching alongside coworkers or planning and covering the weeks classes, especially during the pandemic when different students and tutors had to be moved between classes due to various isolations.

The role developed my teamwork skills as I worked with coworkers to complete various bar tasks such as changing casks and cleaning and shutting the bar at the end of the night, alongside improving my communication skills when interacting with and serving customers.
