Key achievements in this role include developing a customer loyalty program which saw repeat spend and average transaction value increase MoM by 4.7%. Community engagement and brand activations in local communities to help support brand awareness. I was tasked with improving store profitability. I implemented declining balance sheets to ensure spend was tracked in real time against budget allocations. This initiative achieved a 2.1 EBITDA average increase MoM across all locations. I also significantly improved management retention through building a high-performance culture by recognising operational excellence and resilience.
