Currently in my second year as an undergraduate studying BSc(H) in Food Science and Technology at Nottingham Trent University. Some of my past various work experiences in the past being, include being a Line cook in a pub and notably a chef in a restaurant/hotel. During this time, I embraced learning new skills and knowledge which has helped me further deepen my view of the food world. Within these roles, I became a member of a team and worked and contributed to it.In the future, I wish to continue my interest in the food industry through my studies and eventually find a place within the food/drinks industry! The creativity and wide breadth of the subject area provide many avenues to progress my future career, interests, and hobbies. Some of the avenues in the future I wish to explore include, product development, understanding food worldwide and its place in the modern world, sustainable food practices.
