- Support the Irish Superdry stores in the following;- Making sure Window Displays/In-store Merchandising is performed to the right standard and within the correct time-frame.- Pro-actively support the Visual Merchandising Management team in the delivery of Visual Merchandising strategic plan which delivers the company business objectives.- Work with Store Managers, Area Manager and In-store Visual Merchandisers to decide on the best way to successfully implement visual standards on mannequins and shop floor as well as product placement to ensure maximising of sales and profitability.- Create visually inspiring brand concepts.- To use personal initiative and self development to have a clear understanding of buying and retail trends across all products.- Understanding of company/store best sellers, understand the customer and adapt visual concepts for specific areas/environments.- Develop and coach the in-store merchandising teams in VM presentation to ensure VM standards are consistent in-between store visits.- During Christmas Peak 2014 helped support Central West England Superdry stores, totalling 27 stores, as AVM.
