As the founder & owner, I oversaw all aspects of operations; including the hiring, firing, and scheduling of employees, all necessary accounting activity, as well as negotiating with suppliers and sourcing product through multiple channels. Using a multitude of community building strategies, the brand was able to acquire thousands of both local and international social media followers, allowing us to experience high-paced growth. In August of 2017, the business was sold for a profit in order to focus my efforts on my full time studies, and continue to accumulate knowledge in the field of business.
