As a Program Management Intern in the Fighters Programs at Boeing Defense, Space, & Security, I played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and operational effectiveness for global defense programs, and was recognized for my achievements by being a top 3 finalist for Air Dominance Intern of the Year Award. Designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding process for new team members joining the Fighters Program. This involved collaborating with program leaders to identify critical skills, values, and messaging across various disciplines. Working closely with the HR team, I translated these insights into a tactical onboarding strategy encompassing in-person presentations, self-paced online modules, and reference materials tailored for both new hires and hiring managers. I also established a framework for regular updates to ensure the process remained relevant and impactful.Orchestrated program-wide intern events aimed at fostering a cohesive network among interns and promoting interaction with senior leadership. By hosting multiple events on and off campus, I facilitated opportunities for professional development and strengthened team cohesion. These initiatives significantly boosted intern engagement and fostered a greater sense of community within the program.In these capacities, I combined strategic vision with hands-on execution, contributing to the success and cohesion of the Fighters Programs at Boeing Defense, Space, & Security.

Was able to create an impact on 1 in 3 Canadian lives by implementing solutions that reduce costs and increase efficiency. Involved in the migration of the main frame system to a cloud-based system which was responsible for the trading, record keeping, and accounting of segregated funds. Tasked with soliciting requirements and enhancements from various stakeholders in the business and creating the documentation that would be given to external vendors responsible for the development of software. Utilized Confluence to upload various documents to receive input and sign-off amongst my various colleagues globally. Presented findings to the external vendor and ensured accuracy in understanding and requirements of the business. Able to combine both expertise in finance and technology to create and eventually implement a solution that’s been used to increase efficiency to better enhance the lives of our investors and their clients. Additionally, would test various software releases and implementations within the Individual Wealth Management department. Used platforms such as SQL to gain insights into various databases and Power BI to model data for the company. Encouraged and empowered to implement my knowledge of finance to ensure that products made accurate calculations and followed financial product requirements. Tasked with helping first-year students transition into university and supporting them from the transition to independence. Created an environment where academic success and personal growth are promoted in an inclusive community that allows students to live, learn, and flourish. Was selected from all candidates to develop a Learning Living Community (LLC), where all the students who resided on this floor are studying in the Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies program, requiring unique programs and projects that increase academic engagement, and professional growth.

Helped improve and implement business operations of the 3rd busiest location in the USA. Was selected for promotion for my strong leadership skills and insightful solutions. Oversaw a team of 3-5 team members at a time and helped train and onboard new employees. Was tasked with ensuring guests had a great experience involving: making proper recommendations and customizations, a knowledge of products to ensure health, diet, and allergy accommodations were met, and the correction of any issues that would arise, to allow our guests to continue to return. Complete tasks in both Spanish and English. Worked with management to find areas of inefficiency using various metrics such as guest surveys and input from corporate management. Offer solutions and then implement these recommendations with my team members. Would manage cash and payment systems for the sale of products.

Supported clients from everyday banking needs to complex scenarios. Would handle routine banking transactions, and manage appointments and various client requests. Would record the cash supply of the branch every day, record all cashflow transactions, and balance branch debits and credits in both Canadian and United States dollars. Would make credit card, checking, and savings, and line of credit recommendations to clients based on their unique situations. Implemented unique and skilful knowledge of the various products comprising strong analytical skills in client situations to gain strong client trust and comfortability, leading to high client retention and achieving client product sales of over 300%. Acted as the first line of defense against fraud by using various methods of Know-Your-Client (KYC) and ensuring proper policy and protocols were followed.
