Leading a team of over 70 employees, I have focused on efforts to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. While being a manager of Flub’s, I have implemented a new point of sale system, which allows for more efficient and effective operations.I have also been a major player in implementing new operations techniques, such as a revamped drive through and employee training process, which has allowed Flub’s to operate more effectively. Additionally, I have been a nightly shift manager at the store, where I lead employees, ensure we are making a quality product, and increase the overall customer satisfaction within the store.

In this role, I have operated all things digital at Flub’s. In addition to creating our current point of sale system, I have operated and created Flub’s employee system, Swirl. With this technology, Flub’s employees are able to easily access their time-clock, schedule, and communication with the team. Additionally, I have been instrumental in growing Flub’s social media following. Since assuming the roles of social media manager in 2018, I have grown the social media following by 625% from 400 followers to 2400+ followers as of March 2024. Lastly, I have taken the role of website coordinator for Flub’s. In taking this on, I have added implementation for a mobile-friendly design, continually-updating menus, and online portals for employee onboarding.
