Atlas Professionals in Aberdeen initiated the Greenhand Programme in August 2018 for those interested in going Offshore for the first time. Since then, hundreds of Professionals have found their way into the Offshore industry.Atlas Professionals organises Greenhand Training Days based on industry demand.The Account Manager ensures that the needs and expectations of clients and professionals are being satisfied. The Account Manager is the first point of contact for professionals and clients; they are responsible for the operations, sales and services provided to their allocated accounts. The Account Manager is supported by Personnel Coordinators, for the recruitment and HR aspects of professionals deployed on order at clients.Budget:• Managing gross margin on orders, in line with business line expectations.Organisation:• Providing an efficient and effective service to all clients and contracted professionals.• Registering client enquiries.• Searching and selecting candidates, supported by the Personnel Coordinators where available.• Administrating of the documentation related to the client and professionals.Commercial & Clients:• Establishing productive, professional relationships with professionals in assigned customer accounts.• Evaluating the service that Atlas provides (seeking feedback and improvement suggestions from clients).• Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs proactively on an ongoing basis.Professionals:• Managing relationships with the “inner circle” of professionals.

Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the Landscape:Create opportunities for Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) customers in the labour market, agreeing employer and sector engagement plans for your local area (e.g. District, cluster and jobcentre) based on your research, labour market intelligence and local knowledge.Employer Engagement:Develop strong reciprocal employer relationships assuring DWP priorities are achieved by designing solutions for our priority customers to help them be successful in the labour market.Building Capability:Establish ways of working with work coaches, social media practitioners, Disability Employment Advisers (DEAs), DEA Leaders (DEALs) and Service Centre roles. Maximise digital channels.Insight, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:Gather and analyse employer feedback and use insight when developing new initiatives

Digital workplace champions are essential to the success of the digital workplace. The Digital Workplace Champions are critical to the ongoing championing of DWP's digital transformation as new tools and ways of working are introduced on a rolling basis. They are visible representation of the Digital Workplace for their site. DWC will run drop in clinics, up skilling sessions, one to one coaching for assisted software users.

The work coach role requires face to face, digital and phone interviews with claimants on a daily basis offering quality, dynamic, flexible, advice, and support to underpin claimants personalised commitment to job search actions, and support them to develop the skills and activities they need to look for and obtain work in a digital environment.I look to build positive relationships with claimants that encourage, motivate and build trust through recognition, praise and reinforcing of positive behaviours and completion of tasks and proactively develop in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and provision, recognising the roles that our partners and employers have in helping our customers secure employment.
